Conditions of Contract

Booking any of the trips listed in this catalog / website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions are deemed automatically incorporated in the contract, without their written in the same transcript is required. Prices

Prices are quoted in Euros and $. Accommodation

The boat has two Aura Cabin accommodation for 2 or 3 people in the event that at least one of the occupants is less than 12 years and Solaria Cabin for 2 people. The booking of any accommodation does not involve the exclusive use of the boat privately and this can be shared with other guests staying in any of the two housings. Ground Transportation

The airport transfers are performed in private air-conditioned vehicles.

Air Transportation

The delay, schedule changes and cancellation of flights is common in Indonesia. For this reason it is important passenger flexibility regarding possible changes and alterations of the program. Warisan Komodo cruises will NOT assume the costs for cancellations or flight delays

Booking Children

50% discount for children under 12 sharing bed with parents except domestic flights to be paying the full rate.

Baggage

Komodo cruises Warisan is not responsible for loss or damage during travel or transportation. In case of loss of baggage by the airline, we refer to the conditions
regulated by IATA. In some sections as flights from Bali to Labuan Bajo the weight limit of 10 kilos baggage, excess baggage must be paid directly by the customer to the airline concerned. The cost of excess baggage are usually of 1 USD per kilogram. Komodo cruises Warisan is not responsible for the delay in delivery of checked baggage, nor for loss or damage as are incidents that correspond to the carrier as a carrier. Reservations and confirmations

Payment

Insurance

Responsibility

Warisan Komodo cruises agency acts as airlines and other services so Warisan Komodo cruises is not responsible for any loss, damage, delays, accidents program changes or irregularities that are beyond your control. Accordingly,
declines all responsibility for the shortcomings that may have the services provided by such entities or persons. Risks

Some itineraries are focused on hiking or trekking or sport diving, Warisan Komodo cruises understands that the customer has received the proper training and have the necessary qualifications to practice these activities, knowledge of the medium and the material required for normal development and accident insurance covering the activities to be performed. Claims

You must immediately inform Warisan Komodo cruises as a provider of services and up to a maximum of 48 hours of any incident of the journey to resolve it.
